What can I expect at THE GRAND JAM?

Around one thousand musicians of all levels play together in Germany’s largest band, the most popular stadium songs and world hits. With the help of coaches and tutorials, the “jammers” have prepared for the stadium concert. Singing along, partying, and playing air guitar are allowed on the stadium’s stands. Through an elaborate production featuring light shows, pyrotechnics, acrobats, and many surprises, THE GRAND JAM becomes a unique experience.

Where is THE GRAND JAM happening?

THE GRAND JAM will be in two stadiums in 2024:

Saturday July 6, 2024: Rudolf-Harbig-Stadion, Dresden (Lennéstraße 12, Dresden)

Saturday September 14, 2024: Deutsche Bank Park, Frankfurt (Mörfelder Landstraße 362, Frankfurt)

How to register as a musician?

Click the button “REGISTRATION” on this website. Get the welcome mail and start practising.

Is there a minimum age?

Fans of all ages are welcome. Kids under the age of 10 are welcome for free. Starting at age 11 kids will need a ticket.

Musicians should be at least 16 years old or accompanied by their parents.

How long will the event last?

The concert will end at around 11 pm (23:00).

When should I arrive? When does the event start?

The event starts at around 8:00 p.m. A pre-program will be offered from 7:00 p.m. Admission is from 6:00 p.m.

Can I bring food and drinks or buy them on-site?

There is an extensive range of food and drinks available. Bringing drinks is only allowed in Tetra Pak packaging up to 500 ml.

Will there be any light and show effects?

Yes, the show includes lights, fire, pyrotechnics and dancers as well as acrobats.

Can I take photos and videos during the event?

Yes, taking photos and/or videos is allowed.

Are there toilets available on-site?

Yes, the venue has toilets.

Where can I buy tickets?

Can I buy tickets on-site?

Tickets will be available online until the start of the event.

What ticket categories are available? What is included in the tickets?

In Dresden there are seats available on the different stands (MAIN, SOUTH, WEST and NORTH). Within these sections you can choose any free seat.

In Frankfurt there are seats for the upper and lower bowl. Within these sections you can choose any free seat.

Are tickets refundable? What are the exchange conditions?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless ticket will be validated directly in the Fever app.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets for free. Simply tap on “Transfer tickets” in the Fever app for your ticket. Please contact us for further assistance. Don’t forget to provide your ticket order number.

Can I change my ticket to a different date or time?

Subject to availability, changes of category are permitted up to 48 hours before the event. Since there is only one concert per city, changes on date & time are not an option

Can I make a group booking?

If you want to make a group booking, please contact us.

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?

You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app under the Tickets section. If you haven’t installed the app yet, open the Apple Store or Google Play to download it. Remember to sign in with the same account you used when purchasing the tickets. If you still can’t find your ticket, please contact us.

What happens with the tickets for July 6 in Frankfurt (that have been sold last summer after the first concert in Frankfurt)?

The tickets are automatically valid for the new date on September 14, 2024. If you can’t make it on the new date – contact FEVER for a refund.
